The billing team manages retail invoicing queries (i.e. charges incurred by your customers) to ensure that your customers are billed right first time! They also manage your customer Direct Debit collection and send your customer invoices by email and post. - Provisioning Support Team

Q: How much does it cost to get started ?
A: You will need only £2000+VAT investment to start making business with us. Also there is a £50/month as a management fee.
Q: Do you provide access to a billing platform?
A: Yes, you will have full access to dedicated billing platform (up to 5 users on the platform). More than 5 users will come with additional costs per user added.
Q: Do you provide a website for my company?
A: Yes. If required we can provide you with a company website together with a company logo. This is optional and does include additional charges according to your preferences.
Q: How are you getting paid?
A: All of our monthly fees will be deducted from our monthly clearing payment to you.
